  • Operate as the lead point of contact for the customers
  • Proactively develop effective business relationships with Society clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with accounts; identify client requirements
  • Coordinate and control new business implementation activities.
  • Define process and related materials, communicate clearly the status of De Gruyter Open services and the progress of the publisher’s initiatives to customers
  • Forecast and track accounts metrics
  • Perform customer required data audit
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
